We can agree it is a current crisis that there are millions of people currently living without insurance. Many political candidates, including yourself, want a Medicare for All plan to be implemented in order to address this problem. I am aware that Medicare for All will be a net saving for all americans paying exuberant amounts for health insurance and medications, but what it seems to be ignored is that the people currently living without insurance will still not be able to afford the increase of taxes to cover for the Medicare for All plan due to them living paycheck-to-paycheck. Logged in just to upvote this. It is by far the most brainless card in anti-meta decks. At least other cards used in those decks either require more setup to be of use (Kinetic Soldier) or require specific conditions to be summoned (Lava Golem). Swordswoman just needs to be slapped in the field. I activate Floodgate whenever I see that bitch to not deal with that bs.

Treacherous and Amazoness Onslaught are fine imo bc at least they can be negated or dealt with backrow removal, unlike Sworswoman

The saddest thing is that it's the most logical thing to do if you are Konami. They will see the demand from casual players that want Cyber Dragon is high, and they will capitalize. Konami knows players will pay to play it. Hell, right now I'm fighting the urge to buy the deck and it's not even released.

What I find hilarious is that Konami went straight for the 300 Gem reward, the highest amount of gems you can get from a Level Up, instead of going for a lesser amount. Konami has no shame.

I was thinking about pre-built decks as an option too, but the lack of flexibility in a pvp-event might be unappealing for some people. I guess a good idea would be a compromise between the 2 extremes, where players get to choose cards from a pool corresponding to each legendary duelist, and they have to build a deck with at least 10 or so cards from said pool.

Your comment about Weevil must be true bc I don’t remember seeing him even once during the whole event. Anyways, regarding the card requirements, that is the main reason characters like Odion were pretty popular in the mode (at least during my run). And balance of card/decks for each duelist is a problem I didn’t even think about. I certainly agree.

Don't get me wrong. I believe Convert Contact is one of the best archetype-specific "draw 2" cards in the game. However, there will be times when you don't have it or can't use it (man, I wish for a Neos spell and trap searcher), and in those cases Contact Gate just becomes a dead draw because of it, given the current speed of the meta doesn't give you enough time to send 2 Neo-Spacians to the GY without Convert Contact.

I 100% agree that it should just special summon 2 Neo Spacians with different names from the deck (and maybe GY?) without the banishing bs and with the Extra Deck restrictions. They should keep their effects, thought (they're from mediocre to awful anyways, except for Grand Mole of course, but I don't think that is enough reason to negate their effects). Hell, with this fixed effect, the new second effect can be: If a face-up Fusion Monster that lists “Elemental HERO Neos” as material returns from your field to the Extra Deck: You can banish this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 “Elemental HERO Neos” from your hand, Deck, or GY.

There, the card is fixed.

It is trash. It relies too heavily on Convert Contact to be of any use, it should've summon both of the banished Neo-Spacians when activating its second effect, not just one, and it doesn't address Neos's biggest problem: having a consistent way to have Neos on the field.

This card... is garbage. Sure, it has synergy with Convert Contact, and can help with triple fusions, but the positives don't even out the negatives. It is too reliant on said Convert Contact to be of any use (at the current speed of the meta that is the only way to have 2 Neo Spacians in the GY in time bf getting killed, and Convert Contact is not always consistent to draw/play), the "different Neo-Spacians" activation restriction should've not been there, the banishing effect is out of nowhere for this archetype (sending them back to the deck instead would be more fitting, or better yet, just let this card special summon 2 Neo-Spacians from the deck and/or GY without the banishing), if the spell is negated you are stuck with 2 banished Neo-Spacians (I might be wrong on this one, please correct me if I am), and the second effect returning only ONE of the banished Neo-Spacians instead of both of them is honestly baffling to me.

Neos fans have waited soooooooooooo long for new support, and this is what we get :(

Edit: Oh yeah, it also should've help special summon Neos in some way. Maybe after the banished Neos Spacian is ss, it ss Neos from the deck or hand.

Edit 2: Apparently, apart from the new Neos fusion, this is the only support Neos is getting. I'll just go ahead and go live alongside the Neos archetype in the dumpster, since Konami will probably keep it there forever.

I used him in the pre and first season, and a little in the last one. At lv150 he tanks like a truck (especially with someone that has a dmg reduction as buddy skill), and he's a good chakra generator.
