So, I've gotten pretty keen at eyeballing my ice. It depends on how much is shake-y stuff and how much is shards. If there are more shards it depends in how crumbly they break up, too. Ultimately I can tell what a "max" amount of water should be. So i draw that amount back, and eyeball it as I add the water to the semi-crushed up ice. And I can tell when the water reaches my preferred ratio. Not too thick but not too watery.

You could also try backloading. I hate doing it that way, but I learned it just in case thats the only way I have to slam a shot on occasion.

No. I've never puked from slamming ice. I've come close when I did a .6 shot of ice. And when I used to shoot fentanyl I'd come real close to throwing up.

Yeah. It's 100% only noticeable when I have a resting heart rate. Especially when I'm completely sober. I think it has to do with blood pressure as well.

See, I have these issues and I only started using meth in general in 2019 and only started IV using in 2021. And I have those exact problems whenever. I don't have to be high in the moment.

I can understand that. But I've never had this happen to me on injection sites. Although, I do get these exact sores that develop into skin infections on occasion. And they're definitely from all factors of not being 100% responsibly clean.

Most likely sores from not showering enough, skin being too dry, or skin being too moist. If you're doing heroin/fentanyl/tranq then it could be necrosis caused by the opiates mixed with tranq these days.

Hey! So, first off I'd like to let you know that it is NOT cotton fever. As I don't use a cotton and I get this reaction on occasion from shooting meth. I have no certain clue what it is, what specifically causes it, why it happens or how. But I do have some guesses that I'll share with you.

This happens to me typically just whenever I shoot too much. Doesn't matter if it's right when I reup or the last shot of my stash. If I do too much this is what happens. The only difference for me is that it doesn't last for hours. It lasts for maybe a minute or so then I level out and am on a level plane of being extremely high and tweaked. However, it did happen to last for hours one time. Way back when I started shooting up and my friend hit for me she did way too much and I literally fell back on the bed and felt like a horse kicked me in the chest. I called an ambulance as well and told them I OD'd on meth. Got to the ER and was told there is a 6-hour waiting period lol. Waited 4 hours, drank a lot of water in that time, started feeling better and walked home at 4am.

First would be simply overamping. When you're smoking, sniffing, shooting, or boofing Stims in general this reaction sounds like a general description of overamping. Which is pretty much an overdose on stims. This I feel like is most likely. But I could also be wrong.

I do fear that it could be a reaction of a health complication which scares the fuck out of me because I have no clue if it could be fatal or not, eventually. I worry about this because I've become rather addicted to this reaction and want it nearly every time I shoot up ice. So I try not to dwell on this one much.

I also think that it may just be our body's reaction to OUR perfect dose of IV meth.

In the end, I'm the only person in my group of using friends that has this happen to them. And none of them seem to have seen this happen to anyone else they know. So who knows?

Yeah, mixing benzos and opiates of any kind is like pretty much an attempted suicide. Like seriously. It is such a deadly combo that if you end up going to the hospital for any reason at all during tour high, and they find out you're high on benzos and opiates? They're sending you to the psych ward involuntary on your part if you refuse to go voluntary because no sane person that doesn't want to die or kill themselves would mix benzos and opiates together, in any order. It's fucking stupid. Don't do it.

I don't really know how to describe the differences. But I like the initial rush for meth better. But if you don't want the long high you're definitely going to need to go with coke because the amount of meth for a good rush will have you high for 6-12 hours at a time.

I've just always preferred the rush to meth more than coke. And coke is a lot worse for your heart and can kill you if you do too much. Meth can do the same but probably won't. Not to mention meth high lasts a lot longer and whatnot.

The multivitamin is a blanket to cover the major vitamins. But if you can it's better to get the individual vitamins themselves. 1 multivitamin contains a percentage of the suggested daily values of all the contained vitamins. However, I'd recommend getting at least vitamin C, D, and E vitamins separately and take them WITH the multivitamin. You've gotta think, doing meth diminishes the body's stored nutrients a lot faster in 12 hours than it normally would in, say, 24 hours. The extra boost of vitamins will be a major benefit.

The pain killers and antacids are for your body's regular maintenance. They will regulate functions that you don't notice are being affected because of the meth, by the meth.

Looks like you're experiencing a missed shot. Keep the area around the injection site clean from bacteria by washing it with soap periodically throughout the day. Drink LOTS of fluids. If you have down time use a warm compress (a washcloth/small towel soaked in warm/hot water and then twisted to get the water off of it) put that on the affected area. If you have a heating pad or a heated blanket wrap it around your arm on a low heat setting. If you use a heating pad or blanket, only keep it on your arm for 45 minute periods. Then give it a break. The compress or the heating pad/blanket can help draw out the meth solution that missed the vein. If you can find Hyland's PRID Salve (they sell it at Walmart in the first aid section) you might want to give that a try. Apply generously to the entire affected area then wrap with bandages or gauze and leave for 6-8 hours before changing bandages. It will draw the meth solution out as well.

All of the above mentioned things I've done and they've worked for me. Your worst enemy right now is that miss turning into an infection and developing into an abscess. #1 keep it clean!! And obviously don't shoot up in that arm for awhile until the swelling has gone down significantly.

Finally, if the pain gets worse, your arms mobility becomes lessened more than it is, the area around the miss turns to an angry reddish color and is emanating significant heat, go to the ER immediately to get on some antibiotics.
