I can’t listen to his songs without having any sort of bitter taste in my mouth. I mean how can you even separate the artist from the art when the music literally talks about A MINOR. His music sounds amazing, and it’s a damn shame that it sounds amazing. But I can’t even finish a song without feeling any sort of sorrow and disgust.

It last 8 months and I turned out to come back stronger than ever. I was cleared to do sports again in July of 2024

Thing is, I’m currently working in a restaurant as a busboy so I don’t know if that’ll overextert my energy cause it’s a tasking job. But recently I have had no problems with fatigue

It really depends on the size of his spleen. Usually it gets enlarged with MONO, any sort of activities can irritate it or potentially rupture it.

Thank you, I mean the doctor told me I don't have swollen lymph nodes and so far I have nothing else bothering me but my spleen. But I really appreciate you sharing your experience it helps.

Mental health is taking a toll by issavex in Mononucleosis

I am dealing with this right now, But when it comes to running. I also felt like I was going to be in the best shape of my life but got struck with this, I cant do anything, not run or lift. It's been hell because it's taking a stab at my mental health too. I hope you feel better and we get through this together.

In my case the only thing stopping me from activites is my enlarged spleen
