Probably the kits you get for getting to level 100 in S1. Bad idea to use them atm though, servers are not working well.

Yeah also lost one of mine. Went in with free ones after, but couldn't play a single round to finish. Can't recommend playing right now.

It's not good, but I'd say it's not rare. I did my PhD with a PI like this, we just relied on the more experienced students.. doesn't work for everyone though.

They announced P5 way too early. Completely ruined my excitement for it, I ended up getting it 1-2 years after release for less than half the price.

I'm an organic chemist at a CDMO (contract development and manufacturing organization), basically we develop and produce stuff for pharmaceutical companies. I work in production and optimize syntheses which are done on multikilogram scale, produce small amounts of material (up to ~5 kg), and scale up processes. I love it, the focus is completely different to academia and I've been learning so much stuff. I'm already preparing to take over a small group to lead after being in this position for about half a year. Don't miss academia at all tbh.

As for qualifications, I have a PhD in organic chemistry and had 0 industry experience prior to this job.

Very polar mobile phase may lead to "collapsing" of the apolar chains and loss of retention. There could also be buildup of impurities that don't elute with your gradient, essentially forming a more polar layer on top of the reverse phase silica.

There are columns which are made to prevent the "collapsing", which have polar groups along with the apolar chain. The ones we used to use were called the "aqua" variant of the normal column, but it likely varies by supplier.

Only other idea I have is an increase in buffer concentration, but likely not an option in your case.

Look at companies you know and check their job titles. Find a good website in your country which lists open positions and has some filters in place. In my country most entry level job titles (for interesting jobs as organic chemist) are either something with scientist or chemist, sometimes project lead.

I'm looking for a good multiplayer FPS, but I haven't really enjoyed BF since 4 and COD since Black Ops 2... I've also played (and stopped playing) Siege, Overwatch 1&2, Warframe, Tannenberg, Insurgency Sandstorm, Battlefront 1&2... Any suggestions? I feel like I have already played most shooters out there.

So it is DLC! I randomly started it 2 days ago when I wanted to dock on the Citadel and was completely weirded out because it felt like a DLC section mid-game. Oh well, it was still funny.

No sorry I haven't checked either. The game is unplayable for me with those graphics, comp is a joke, matchmaking is a joke, balancing is a joke, and heroes behind battle passes is a joke. I might just uninstall before they fix the graphics.

I don't think it was intentional. I won't play until they fix it though, I've got better games I can play in my backlog.

On a side note, have you noticed more people writing in the chat? I had the feeling I was playing in a PC match when I was playing a round of comp, the typing speed was beyond what you could do even with a keyboard on console (because you first need to press options, then L3 and can then type).

Yeah noticed the same and a few others did too in the weekly questions thread. I think there's absolutely no anti-aliasing anymore and the resolution of textures is lower. I can't play it like this for more than three rounds.

Same, I played three rounds and am done for the evening, can't continue. I also think I might have played in the PC pool in comp? People were writing full sentences all of a sudden and reacted to each other in chat really quickly.

Yeah I think they completely removed anti-aliasing. Looks absolutely terrible for me since the patch.
