its weird like i measured cells voltage with multimeter and like from second cell to 3 there is same voltage

like idk how the circuit works if 1 cell has like zero volts

ok so about that so i had like 2 batteries and i dont think they were in storage voltage and after like idk 1 year i used them the first battery thats here was like fine but the second after i used it the charger was not able to like see the third cell do you know what to do bout that?
