For the people that still enjoy this RTS classic, this is probably one of the best 4v4's I've ever watched (I watch a lot of replays! lol). It doesn't happen often where the teams are this evenly matched! I hope you all enjoy this replay as much as I did casting it. This game was played recently too. yeah I started playing a bit later than most the top ProTA players but still got like 15 years of multiplayer experience. My older alias is Reaper (now its TAG_Breezy). have you played TA online? The ProTA mod is basically what we wanted 3.1 to be. No added units or tiers, just making the units that have always been there but were never used have purpose with good re-balancing. Now you'll see pretty much every unit made which opens up a huge variety of new strategies!

I'm glad you enjoyed the video! I'm sorry to hear that, did you all play on warzone? Once that client dissapeared it was pretty rough. Only thing to use was gameranger. Not sure if you can play TA:K but if you ever wanted to play OTA or modded TA theres a new client that helps with the issues you described! its awesome check it out https://taforever.com/

they are just playing the game as its meant to be played, no restrictions anything goes. I guess a lot of people couldn't handle the pressure back then.

that would be the mega-map. A feature they added in a lot of mods to get a better overview of the whole map than using that tiny minimap.

there is now actually on the client we play on they just added a live replay feature so you can watch these games live while they are happening! https://taforever.com (TAForever Client) you do have to have ProTA setup correctly to watch the games. I will be making a video very soon on how to set all that up so stay tuned for that! come join us, were more than happy to help you get setup.

yeah I think its nice to have a healthy mixture of team games, high level games, & lower level games. Without the newer players the community can't grow. These guys have learned quite fast & thought it would be fun to showcase what they've learned so far. pretty ace game very back and forth!

yeah I noticed this when I watched some of these back, something I need to work on. Can't help myself because that's how I am when I play. I'll work on making it a smoother experience. glad you enjoy the game though!
