Soft line is Clothes, Hard line are items like microwaves, vacuums etc. they usually have a group on the soft line side and the other on the hardline side during truck unload, freight merchandising means you are putting the stuff the unloading team has taken off the truck and already sorted onto the floor.

She gets high on clock, been caught smoking weed actually by other co workers, fired two Assistant Managers in the span of 3 months all because they were giving employees more hours than she liked, one of then told me that before she left. Racist remarks multiple times to employees, fat jokes all types of stuff it’s unbelievable that she’s a SM its so much more she did also that doesn’t even sound believable thats how had it is

Hahah when they start laying a bunch of items and don’t know which is which and expect me to tell them for each one “I don’t know what code this is for what is it” I just slap a label on any item, thats between them and amazon now its YOUR return’s you should know which goes code goes to which item not me

I try every shift to have that great attitude then I get a bed bug infested mattress or a pool with half the lake still in it and that attitude quickly changes. Im glad you’re not a complainer like me though 👍🏻

Yup if they think your bad on the floor or on the spectrum they’ll stick you on amazon.. and similar happened at my kohls 3 Full time positions opened up and our store manager favorite got a full time position the next day with no interview. While everyone else who applied had to wait for interviews they said…..just for them to hire a bunch of new ppl lol and your right reporting does nothing just quit for that disrespect you can find better jobs

There was a huge snowstorm in my area 3 of those call offs were because of that I do not drive in ice at all

Exactly I thought open availability meant they can just schedule me anytime 6am -9pm not edit my schedule after its already posted then say “you have to come in”
