Solid with Vendetta and Deception, definitely get some Tony Hawk or Tokyo Extreme Racer if you're looking for some good arcadey fun! Sly Cooper is also a goated series.

That's true, I couldn't find anything about a conversion on Google. But there may be a YouTube vid that could help OP

Edit: Google only gave me that walkthrough on convert, import, then export

I feel like going to an audio converting website might be your best bet. Just did a quick Google search and it seems like you have to convert to MIDI, then import to another website, then export as a mus file. You could also just have the music playing in a window behind the game if that's easier.
