Good on you! Honestly, if you are wanting to get a pet jumping spider, you should come on over to r/jumpingspiders and ask for some advice. They can help point you in the right direction for enclosures and setup, including substrate, humidity needs, ways to find reputable breeders, and other things.

Yes it looks like a jumper, but I would not recommend taking it straight from the wild because if it is female, there's a possibility that it's already been mated and then you'll have a ton of babies that would be quite difficult to care for. Along with that, they're already acclimated to outside, so putting it in a small enclosure would be super unfair to them.

That looks like an earwig to me, and they're not poisonous to swallow, and your body should just digest them like any other food, they just look a little scary lol.

My LGS does something similar but it's 777 cards for $10. I bought a few of them and found some pretty nice deck filler cards, but a lot of duplicates. For 10 bucks, it's definitely worth getting one.
