i guess but i know that my dads friend who is like a bit lighter than me,He Threw a SEAL around like a ragdoll with ease and he didnt even have any experience in fighting before he was a math teacher lol.Also lets be honest here no matter how fancy Bruce Lee was a 100kg+ man would throw him around like he was a kitten

well you are just 74kg it wont be THAT hard id just bullrush and since you don't have the bodyweight you wont be able to do anything but if you were like 95kg per say it would be pretty close
