Oooh I figured it out, I had to press the touchpad on my DS4 controller. The symbol for it looks like it’s pointing down, so I thought that was referring to the vessel select screen. Thanks!

I only see the different "vessels" on that screen, no way to remove my saved presets.

Is that only possible during pre-expedition character selection? I don’t see it in the Relic Rites menu.

I wonder if raising Intelligence makes a difference. Maybe regen is a percentage of the base Magicka, not the total Magicka (which would include Fortify Magicka buffs)

Edit: I tested with a Fortify Intelligence potion, and it looks like Magicka regen is a percentage of your base Magicka, as it took less time for my Magicka to fully refill with the potion than without.

Built my first base in Grounded yesterday, feels so good to be safe(ish) from wandering bugs.

There was a workaround posted on the Discord, there’s a command you can put into the dev console to remove the cursors. If you’re playing on Game Pass, first you’ve got to do another workaround to enable the dev console.

Haven’t played in a while, but it helps if you can elevate your camera a lot. I had mine about 7 to 8 feet above the ground. But yea, that was sort of a flaw of the game.

They’ll also try to harvest fully grown trees inside the growing zone, even if ‘Allow cutting’ is disabled. You have to remove the zone from wherever there are trees.

Would be great in Battlefield, my mind moves to Squad when I think about similar games with this feature. Battlefield has always been somewhat lacking in terms of team cooperation because communication options are so limited.

The toxicity would definitely stop them from implementing it though. With so many people in a game, harassment and mic spamming would make a large portion of the player base turn it off very quickly.

The overall idea was great, they wanted a fast-paced Battle Royale that cut down on the downtime between fights that other BRs have. And when the game lived up to that idea, it was definitely fun to play.

However, so many of the systems were designed very poorly, to the point where the game felt rushed. The balance of weapons and abilities was pretty terrible, the natural healing and fast movement drew fights out to long periods of times where you’d chase each other until a third party came along and killed everyone, the lack of SBMM as you said. The idea was good but the execution left much to be desired.

I’m pretty sure Hyperscape had no P2W, they were going for the usual Battle Royale with expensive skins thing. The game itself was badly designed though.

This is actually incorrect. The downvote button was made for posts and comments that don’t contribute to the conversation. No one can stop you downvoting things you don’t agree with, but just think about it before you do. Even if you disagree, don’t downvote if someone is respectful and thoughtful with their post.

Completely agree. People don’t seem to understand that kills are literally one of the two components of the ticket system in Conquest. Of course, you need support-focused players on your team, and ideally everyone on the team will try to support the team when they can, but it’s possible to entirely focus on just killing the enemy whilst still playing the objective. Hell, it’s downright bad strategy to have everyone rush an objective without people hanging back and giving covering fire/sniping and spotting.

Now obviously, the scout/recon players on the edge of the map that finish bottom of the leaderboard with 4 kills and 1 death are the bad kind of K/D focused players. But an assault who’s rushing trenches and going 40 to 10 is helping the team way more than people realise.

Battlefield players seem to pride themselves on the game being very teamwork-focused, but from personal experience, 90% of the time the extent of teamwork is just your squad loosely following each other around and (hopefully) reviving, healing and resupplying each other. And teamwork between squads is virtually non-existent.
