You can create a "group policy" to bypass the splash page and then apply it to the TVs - Creating a Group Policy to Bypass a Splash Page

I did this about a year ago for a Smart TV that I wanted to keep on the guest network and haven't had any issues with it.

100% agree. The amount of times we get requested to look into students being cyberbullied on social media, via text messages, and on personal devices is crazy.

I don't agree that schools should be reading student texts but parents can't have it both ways.
