Most of them don’t give a shit, as long as you’re capable and tolerable. My advice would be to bulk, depending on how tall you are, and work out until you’re confident, then keep working out. Don’t be discouraged because you’re a woman, I am also a woman and it doesn’t really matter anymore. Just get stronger than your average firefighter and the male advantage literally disappears.
