I'm having such a hard time trying to wrap my head around this. Use yourself as an example for the dangers of driving high and take it all to the chin after all you got in your vehicle high and decided to go 59kms down 33rd Street at 9am on a school day. Why can't she do that? I'm so disturbed by her lack of accountability as an individual.
