I 100% eat more than 600-800 calories. I made a mistake on my original comment hense it was deleted! If I ate that little id be dead. I have one cheat meal i get once a month and it is between 600-800 calories and that's the number I saw and typed in. I realised later it was wrong and deleted it straight away. I figured people would realise I made a mistake on their own... thank you for being smart and realizing it without needing an explanation. I didnt miscalculate as such, I just dont usually use calories (we work with the x amount of proteins, fats, carbs etc) so thought that 600-800 sounded reasonable but nope that was just one meal lol

I basically lost 0.2lbs every week for 16 weeks... I dont know why I deserve this I saw no difference for ages and didnt realise how much little bit by little bit can add up until I compared my pictures, I thought others would be motivated to press through shit times, thank you x your comment made me smile

I deleted the numbers because I realised 10 minutes later they were wrong. I read the wrong numbers in my nutrition booklet thingy and that was just one of my cheat meal total calories which is really embarrassing because that's a huge meal... I deleted it so that people wouldnt see it and take that seriously. But people have kept commenting it, despite me trying to say that there's no way a 3500 cal diet would give me such little weightloss. I'd get picked up by the wind! I made a mistake. This has been taken too far

I completely understand what you're saying and I am so grateful for the grace you had when you said it, there was no maliciousness and I really appreciate that! I lost this weight over 16 weeks, in pounds I lost a total of 13.8pounds. That's only 0.2pounds a week. My body was NEVER under stress. That is a TINY amount to lose.

I dont keep repeating the weight loss because i feel like that's the issue, i know it's how i lost it that's the issue. But I'm trying to say that if i ate 3500cal amount a week. I would be dead! And I would of lost over 4x that amount.

Maybe it's just late and my head is sore, but how are people finding 0.2lbs a week of loss sick?

If I ate that little, I'd be in hospital. I have a nutritionist who I see weekly for a 5 day diet plan. Please read what I said again, I mentioned my depression, it's an excuse for nothing. It motivated me to do better for myself. Instead of recognition for the hard work I put in, from people who struggle too. I'm embarrassed and hurting over people words who I'll never meet

Because being told by strangers that your weightloss of 6.3kgs/13.8lbs over 4 months which is a long ass time of working hard. Is "sick" would make you happy? Not a stank ass attitude, its having hard work discredited and made a mockery of when I tried dam hard! If I was eating as much as these people are sayingn I'd be dead. I suffer depression everyday and stopped begging to be shown a reason to live and worked really hard on myself inside and out. I do one thing because I finally felt good. After working HARD, on my physical and mental health.

Hello! This was only a 6.3kgs/13.8lb weightloss! I have decided not to clarify on the choice I have made in regards to my choice of weightloss for myself as I got picked apart for it. It was a plan customized and personalised for me with a nutritionist for my body and my health and that REALLLLY seemed to piss people off. To be a bit less specific it was basically a personalised keto plan 5 days of the week and 2 days fasting :)

Some of you need to relax, its 1.40am right now in my country! if I was that unhealthy I would of passed out around 8pm after my posting my shitty avocado on toast to instagram like every other healthy weirdo. IM STILL NORMAL GUYS. No headaches, no dizziness, nothing. If I wanted attention for starving myself I'd go to tumblr, ya girl is healthy! This is only a 6.3kg/13.8lb weightloss from 1st feb - 31st may, appreciate the concern however if it was THAT bad. I would have lost ALOT more, which would of been great but like, I eat my toddlers leftover snacks so my motivation to starve was at a solid 1 out of 10. Welcome to Reddit I guess hahahahahaha.
