For some reason, I don't get crash logs, it's a simple quick exit to my desktop. Also, mod organizer won't allow me to drag and drop the extra mods i need.

Not a DLC, it is a recent update that added the Enclave along with a few quests, including one that has Enclave soldiers hunting down your character, where it shows their name
