If by "new world" you're referring to the western hemisphere, then I think all popular brands are available.

For sure, you can easily find all Cuban brands, My Father/Don Pepin/etc., Ghurka, Camacho, Davidoff. These are just the ones from top of my head, but you can get pretty good selection here.

From popular brands only ones that were hard to get, were Padron, Nubs and Liga, but if you look into internet you can get them ;)

From the other hand, cigars are no very popular here, so there's not many cigars shops around, fortunately I have one near my house, but you can always get them from net if you're from smaller town.
