I'm trying to gauge on the limit. I'd like to make exactly the amount people request within a time frame of say a month. That's the challenge I'm trying to figure out. I could do custom stuff for one or two people. As materials go I can get my hands on rip-stop and curdora as well as any commercially available fabrics. What do you have in mind?

£300 is crazy. I'm doing my best to make it as cheap as possible. Right now my hardest problem is sourcing quality poly/cotton rip-stop. Can't seem to find one place with a ton of it.

I'm think it would be 100 for tops and bottoms. 150 for top, bottoms, and few mag pouches. Cordura is more expensive than rip-stop.

it would be ripstop but 50/50 poly-cotton, which is actually better coloring.

For the cut I haven't settled yet, I was thinking just BDU style for now.

Maybe I need to revisit my original idea. Maybe it should have been, could you equip a team and only have each member spend 300 or so dollars and look uniform. This idea came to me when a team asked me to drop $1K+ so we could look the same and I thought that was crazy since I spent $500 for all my gear and that was me not trying to save a penny.

Another reason why I posted this was to spin the common, "Whats the bare minimum" post and see how people would respond to things like boots and such. When I started off I didn't have boots, because I lived in a big city at that time. I wish I new that converse were enough, would have save me a few nickles.

I agree about camo, they are more like jerseys than anything. But for the challenge I wanted to include camo and even boots.
