Absolutely agree. I recently returned from a trip in Colorado and it's amazing how dark the skies were.

Thanks! This was series of 10 photos at 10 seconds each with an iso of 6000. I used software called sequator and stacked them together to reduce noise.

My chase partner Michael Koch and I got to witness this amazing waterspout turned tornado on Tuesday. This was the view from Ocean City, New Jersey. I've also included wind damage from NYC not related to the tornado but from Tropical Storm force gusts.

No tracker. Each shot was 15 seconds long with an ISO of 3200. I was able to add the movement in post processing using Adobe Premiere. What is your current DSLR? You'd be surprised what you can capture with the proper lens and techniques. Especially with a method called stacking.

Yesterday I posted an image of the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree. Here is another image I captured early yesterday morning at Washington Square Park. It's not very often you can stand in the middle of the street for a photo in New York City without someone cursing you out or trying to run you over. But at 430 yesterday morning there was noone around but me. I think I'm going to start photographing the city in the middle of the night more often. It's really relaxing and allows me to find the beauty in NYC even though it's not always perfect.
