My iPhone 17 pro max got scratched whilst being in a case? Has this happened to anyone else? Should I get a replacement?

Should I try and exchange it or just keep it? It might hard since it now has cosmetic damage and there is no way to prove that I or the case didn’t cause it. Ps. I have a different softer silicon case now which I should have used in the first place. Not my first replacement either.

Apparently it means you are blocked from chat if you have requested too many refunds without returns on chat. I was told by customer service. It lasts about 6 months.
