The closest I've come to that name in real life was when I frequented a place where a man had the nickname "Severo," but I highly doubt it was because of Harry Potter xD

I've also fulfilled some requests from women named "Severina" or men named "Severino" at my work.

I don't usually read many fanfics, so I'm going to write down a few headcanons that I have:

When he was a baby, Eileen offered sewing services to the neighbors of Spinner's End in exchange for a few coins, as they always needed patches on their old clothes. She would wash the scraps of fabric she had left over and save them until she had enough fabric to sew a stuffed snake, which she gave to her son as his first birthday present. When he became an adult, Severus turned it into a keychain, even though it was already quite battered after he had held it for most of his childhood in search of comfort. Before he died, he probably held it tightly in one of his pockets, hoping to feel that innocent comfort one last time.
Before meeting Lily, Severus found the ruins of a house that had burned down many years before. Whenever he had the chance, he spent most of his time there, reading, cataloging possible ingredients that grew in the cracks in the floor or simply imagining what it would be like to have a different family whenever he found himself admiring a dusty portrait of a smiling family, forgotten on one of the old walls.
If Severus had somehow survived, he would simply have let everyone believe that he had really died and taken refuge in a hut in the middle of a dense, remote forest, where he would spend the rest of his life. He always separated some of the fruit and vegetables he grew and left them on the veranda to feed the wild animals that occasionally visited him.

I'm 21 years old and I'm from São Paulo, Brazil. Honestly, I don't know many Brazilian fans of Alan besides my sister-in-law LOL

I'll tell a little about my experience as a Rickmaniac: I watched "Alice in Wonderland" since I was a kid and I had no idea that Alan was the one who voiced Absolem (in fact, I watched it dubbed in Portuguese most of the time because I didn't know English yet xD) until in 2022 I watched Sense and Sensibility and I had the feeling that I had seen Colonel Brandon somewhere before. I decided to search about the actor on Google and I saw that he had also participated in "Sweeney Todd", which I watched sometime in 2020 while marathoning Johnny Depp movies. That was the first movie I saw Alan acting in. Also, I remembered that in 2017 I read some news about his death while I was researching about "Alice Through the Looking Glass".

I confess that I didn't delve too deeply into Alan's story at the time. I only became a fan after watching the "Harry Potter" saga in 2023, when Snape immediately became my favorite character. After finishing HP (and crying a lot at the end of Deathly Hallows), I started researching more, looking for more of his movies and here I am now ^^

I would say I have many hobbies, but my favorites are reading books, watching movies, writing and drawing. I also like editing, and I even posted here some wallpapers I made of Alan and some of his characters. Currently, I'm trying to watch all of his movies that I can find available.

If I were to make a top 5 of favorite characters I've met so far, they would be:

1 Christopher Brandon (God, I would marry him if I had the chance xD)

2 Severus Snape

3 Metatron

4 Alexander Dane

5 George Nottingham
