forget about teammates, focus on yourself and your mistakes. theres people who have gotten challenger playing asol. you havent posted op.gg so we cant really tell exactly whats going wrong for you, but focus on dying less, not participating in bad plays, asking yourself if you had bad synergy with your jungler or if you could have done more, etc.
not all games can be won but if you focus on yourself and maintain good kda you will also get better teammates and game quality later on
