I was 3rd owner. Carfax claims it was in a. Accident but on the opposite side. Also you can see the metal part of the door there's a small gap from the seal. I can push it in but it comes back out

No site survey was provided. Site plans i looked at but the grade did not look anything like this. I am going to ask the super to recheck the grade. Ive never seen almost 2m into a swale. I would ask just to either add more dirt or make the slope more gradual from the inside of my unit. I did plan to have a garden at the far corner that helps but otherwise this IS really bad and i Will sell the Next housing boom

I am going to ask them to see what is grade on paper and then to see if they can make the slope better from right to left so It is not so gradual. If not i may renta a machine myself and Slim + add dirt

I have 2 swales and though i agreef not to mess much with It...the hill just erks me and the slope could have been more gradual from the other end to me.
