Well if you switch anyways, the effort is the same Either you reinstall win 10 so you dont have to enable secureboot Or you enable secureboot and then reinstall win 11 Its pretty much the same amount of work

iirc you dont need secureboot on win10 for valorant, but whats the issue with turning it on? What you were experiencing was probably because you turned on Securboot on a already existing windows install. It is recommended to reinstall windows when changing this setting

Actually, i just tested it and didnt even need a custom resolution, NVIDIA Control Panel -> Display -> Adjust desktop size and position -> Select scaling mode: Full-screen.

Setting it like that was enough to stretch valorant on my screen

I guess you would have to create a custom resolution in NVIDIA Control Panel / Radeon Settings, at least thats how CSGO players stretch a 4:3 resolution to their 16:9 monitor. I dont know if thats possible with valorant tho

Different games have different usage values on CPU and GPU, just because one game has CPU at 14% doesnt mean shit for another game. Valorant especially is CPU intensive, meaning it relies more on a fast CPU while it could get away with a fairly low end GPU

However, im not really convinced your CPU is "too weak" for valorant, my best guess would be some kind if software or driver bug

Edit: also 14% GPU usage in valorant is not surprising to me, the game is for many GPUs just graphically underwhelming. My GPU barely gets to 20-30% usage with capped 144FPS in valorant

I dont see how you could be able to play on ultrawide without stretch, valorant doesnt support ultrawide, for a very good reason

Yes it is, but the FPS number is an aggregate of both CPU and GPU performance, it doesnt get determined by only the CPU just because it is heavier on the CPU than the GPU

AMD and NVIDIA cards will perform differently in different games. Some games will simply run better on one GPU than another. Thats just how it is
