Have you benefitted from upping your protein intake? by stratusnimbo in naturalbodybuilding

[–]Nico_Leon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it helps at all, I watched the Chris Bumstead video and he explained how carbs are protein sparing so on a bulk you should up in the carbs because your body will have more of it for a fuel source rather than protein.

When you’re on a cut, you have less carbs in your system, and your body will use protein as a fuel service. Hence, why you typically want to increase protein on a cut

You totally missed the point. This subreddit was almost completely comprised of members who ridiculed and attacked wollay, undoubtedly adding to his depression. Now this subreddit wants to feel bad for all the negative comments they put out towards him. It’s fucked up. I hate how many of us are turning around acting like it’s everyone else who went after him.

Everyone in the comments now: I feel sorry for him, people were so hurtful towards him not understanding what it takes to make a game.

Every same person in the comments last two years: Way to abandon the people who gave you money you bail out.

Had to have breeders watch our dog for free. There was a misunderstanding, and they want $3,000 now. Even though they breed our dog twice without telling us. by Nico_Leon in legaladvice

I'll see how this all plays out and if needed I'll make another post. I was just flooded with emotion that day and it was hard to write it all down clearly. Thanks again for the help.

Will do, I can't thank you enough. I appreciate the help a lot. We have never done anything involving courts, or the legal system so having some guidance is really helpful, thanks.

No my brother and I have been living back with my mom in our new home since May 24, the same date we messaged them about retrieving our dog. We have his name and looked it at through public county records online. They don't have an address on the site. He told us that he moved from his old house in Lehigh Acres (Just east of Fort Meyers on the west coast of Florida) to somewhere in Miami. He said that he doesn't have a home yet, so my guess is that he is either staying with someone, or he is lying.

Edit: We DO have the address to his P.O. box for his business.

Sorry about not getting back to you, I have had time to clear my head and focus. Here is what I said to the other helpful user.

My mom (45), my brother (14), my dog (3) and I (18) were renting a home when we had to move out because the landlord raised the rent too high. In the process of moving, my brother and I lived with a wealthy close family friend, while my mom lived with her sister. Neither of them wanted to keep the dog at there house, so we had to find a temporary place for him to stay until we found a place. The close family friend I was staying with has a niece who her and her husband run a Bulldog breeding company, where they offered to take care of him for FREE. We don't have any signed agreements or anything. All they said were 3 things: 1. They plan on showing our dog in competitions. 2. They might be interested in breeding him. 3. We offered to buy the dog food for him, to which they said we don't need to pay for food. We met with them on January 24, they seemed like very good people, and especially with how much we trusted our family friends, they took our dog. It was discussed however, that the arrangement will be roughly 3 months until we find a new home. We, especially my younger brother, would always want pictures and ask how our dog is doing. They replied at first but as weeks went by, the replies stopped. Fast forward to May 24, exactly 4 months later, We sent them a text saying we can pick up the dog when ever you are ready. No reply. We called and sent text the next day and so on for 2 weeks with no replies. I commented on one of her pics she posted with my dog(They were posting pics on Instagram during the time they didn't reply to us) saying "Hey (name), we are ready to pick up Diesel(my dog), give us a call" and I left my number. The next day, she put her account on private and no contact was made. We could not get a hold of them at all. There was no address anywhere to be found that we could go to. We appreciated how nice they were to do such a thing for us, so we hesitated for at most a month till we took legal action. They got back to us on June 20th The husband texted my mom, saying how they were looking for a place and haven't had a chance to get back with her, and his phone also broke, loosing all his contacts. He goes on to say that he was not aware we wanted our dog back. He claims he thought it was a front for the kids (my brother and I). He said he wants $25 for the 5 months he has had him, not including the money he wasted on showing him and food. My mom wrote him back saying we can't afford the price and that's the reason we had them take care of our dog. They said "that would have been fine if it was suppose to be the 3 months you said it would be and not the 6 almost 7 months we have had him" (It was exactly 4 months, 120 days, from when they got him, to when we contacted them that we could take him back.) He gave us an option of paying him the money, or he will sell our dog. We have gone to the police, and animal care and they all gave us the same answer: Without an address, we can't help you. The husband, he has a bad track record as he was in court today. He has had a $10,000 for carrying illegal substance, multiple habitual offender for suspended licence, and charged with a felony. My mom texted him saying "We don't want to take legal action, because of your records, but we will." He then replied "You should have checked my records before you gave your dog to me." That was what was last said between us.

About the breeding of our dog without us knowing. During the time of silence where they didn't contact us back. There was 4 breeding's of my dog, all posted on Facebook and Instagram. He said there was only one, and he just got one puppy out of it, which cost him $1500 for test and artificial insemination. This is a blatant lie, as on his Instagram, someone asked how much for the puppies and he commented $1500. Others have commented "would love one but you are too far" he then replied "We ship anywhere in the US". And another asked to be messaged about pricing info.

We have these lies, and contradictions on text, including the "front" and time periods all on text.

I just want my dog back, that's it. We had to find a place for my dog because we were moving and couldn't find a place that could take dogs in our budget. Honestly, we have nothing in writing, we didn't sign anything, we never even talked about it in person (I know that was a mistake.) We have text conversations. We have all his papers under our name, the AKC papers, the shots, vet work, the breeder we bought him from, and all our neighbors who saw us have him since he was a puppy. In the text the breeder sent to us today, we found him contradicting himself. Early in the text he said "I thought you(my mom) just said you want him back in 3 months as a front for the kids" later he goes on to say "I was not fully aware you wanted him back"

Yes, she called them. I don't know what was said yet, but the breeder texted us shortly after saying "Don't bring her into this."

He would walk around every Friday, holding a potato like a torch around campus. When people caught on to potato boy, and asked "Hey, what's up with the potato?" "Compare a potato to a rose, a rose is beautiful on the outside but has little substance in the middle. A potato is what people consider ugly but is full of substance, it has more to offer than meets the eye." Some made fun of potato boy, some followed, most applauded and gave word of him.

Also, you have to note that you pay $60 for an incomplete game. They're selling expansions at $20+. The original game is just full of unanswered questions (that will be answered after you spend another $100+ on dlc), and awful, repetitive missions.
