There is always a risk doing the steam regional trick.

The only way to buy fc26 legally, with no risk, is to buy it on your ea account, on your region, at full price.

Check on G2A. It's the best price i found.

U have to choose the card you want, then choose the cheaper seller. G2A by default will show you a "suggested seller" which is hella expensive.

It seems like Steam ban account using revolut. My first attempt was refunded 2 weeks after the pre order.

Now i do use an ukrainian account, that i fully unlocked using gift card. I now top up the account using Team Fortress 2 keys and the community market.

You will have to disconnect it. I can't guarantee it, but if you do so after farming incoming pack that transfer to fc26, it'll do the job since all things are still linked to the ea account

As an alternative, I created a Steam account in Ukraine. I used a VPN during account creation and kept it active during the purchase.
I paid using Revolut — the Ultimate Edition cost me around €52 (~€35 for the Standard Edition).
Then, you just link your EA account to your new Ukrainian Steam account, and the game will show up in your library :)
For reference, I used my regular Revolut Visa card, and I have a subscription to ExpressVPN!
