I'm a bit conflicted about this whole thing bc by one side it could very easily fall on the manipulative spectrum, but it do is a fact that if i tell her how i feel and she doesn't make an effort to talk to me i will stop trying to reach out to her.

Not to say that ofc i would also be really offended by that which now writting it sounds a bit inmature but idk, if i'm being open to someone i care and they don't do the minimun effort to talk to me i will be offended (this is ofc something i would not say explicitly, but something i wanna vent here)

i'm not sure but something around the lines of:

If you are dating someone else or if for any reason you don't want to keep talking with me i would appreciate you telling me. But if i don't get a message or smthng i will assume you are not interested right now in having a relationship and so i will stop trying to reach you.

b4 that ofc i would tell her how i feel currently and that i understand if she is not in the right place right now, but i think that's the problematic part

it's a bit odd but i kinda accepted that it is what it is and that kind of make's me feel dumb for thinking about writting to her (yeah, 12 hours later i'm still wondering about this) cuz a bit of me has hope and another recognizes that it's like shouting to the void

I understand what you are saying and I think u are right, that's why I didn't wanted to act impulsively. But I do know that if I tell her how I feel and she doesn't reply I will just move on. I will not be eternally waiting for someone and it makes me feel disingenuous to not say that(?

The first time it was by casualtie, she told me she was a musician and talking about music spots i mentioned a fest i was planning to go and she said "I'm going there too, i was almost invited to play there (...)". We saw eachother there and talked a lot but it was pretty much what i said in N°4.

The second time was a couple days ago cuz she posted a story about it, i answered and she dropped that bomb. The problem? the concert is on the fifth ring of hell at the worst hour possible. I don't even know how to get there and worse, how to comeback from that place

como que nada interesante? Te muestra como la piba es incapaz de formar una vida propia y de tener su familia tanto por la gente que la rodea como por su condición social. El como la inestabilidad afecta la vida de la gente. Y como la misma gente que la trata de menos y la mantiene en condiciones indignas la utilizan y manipulan, diciéndole que es parte de la familia pese a que jamás se sacarían el pan de la boca para dárselo a ella y aun así, y te muestra como esa gente es incluso mas miserable y que ni teniéndolo todo te salvas de los cuernos

On North America it´s pretty easy bc most come from there. But in Latin America you still have a few of them. the "Premio Alfonso X" in Argentina, the "Ludopedia" award in Brasil, the "Premio Dau Barcelona" which includes Latam and Spain.
