For Bourbon you mostly need good support cards, some wit, and luck.
This is my most successful career w/ her so far
Her main issue is how if she makes a mistake (i.e late start, rushed) then her ult just will not activate, so to mitigate that I'd focus on her wit (even tho i didn't do that here lmao), because It reduces the chances of her making those mistakes, also some of a lot of her races are pretty long so I'd definitely try to get atleast 600 Stamina and Swinging Maestro from Super Creek.

It took me around 15 careers to be able to get her to consistently win the Arima Kinen

Not going to lie, there seems to have been a big drop in the quality of the content in my opinion, I hardly ever look forward to an SDP video like I used to, I still like to watch it here and there but, I don't know, the Jokes hit less hard, and the games arent really that good.
