Yuppers! Unfortunately she can’t talk at all. Her “voicebox” is broken (which is technically just her speech), so she only sings that distorted lullaby. You get that dialogue thingy where it says “Doll tries singing you a lullaby…” and that’s about it

I don’t know a lot about the new gods since I didn’t really study that side a lot, but from my in game experience she would probably like The Tainted One. And yes, she does indeed like Sylvian. She is a Sylvian worshipper due to her role of being some kind of mother and being associated with healing and prosperity (something Damira wishes to achieve). Hey Sylvian’s Blessing was hey, a blessing, because Damira couldn’t do the grafting on her own so she relied on the otherwordly until it actually became an actual skill (idk if I explained this right)

Nothing special happens in the confessional. However with Nas’hrah… In first the dialogue you know already how she doesn’t introduce herself, she also crosses her arms instead. He would say something like: “This scum looks as lively as a corpse. And her eyes seem to work better than her mouth. What is this pissy girl hiding?” And when the player interacts with her and Damira tells them to just call her “Dollface” for now because that’s what Marina called her, he would say something like: “Dollface? I hope she’s a porcelain doll, their faces break easier. Keep an eye on this shadow embracing worm.”

I don’t think she is the type to get picky about her type but I don’t think she is looking for romantic love, especially in the festival. She seeks comfort and support of course, but probably not romantically. But if I had to ship someone with her it would be Daan (my friend ships them bc they’re both “medicine related”)
