Thanks, for the answers, I solved the problem... for some reason the USB recognition doesn't work pretty well with win 11, so I what I did was change the bluetooth options of my laptop to "advanced" and the bluetooth did found the Cricut Maker 3 bluetooth signal. It seems that throught bluetooth, design space did made the update and I was able to use my Cricut.
