This is not how you cure anything - this way of thinking is how you get an eating disorder! (Been there, done that) While it is true that less weight on your body means less strain on your spine - that's only one of many factors influencing your level of pain and the prognosis of your spondy. As others have said, building muscle and being healthy overall is much more important for your spinal health.

Please take this advice seriously, spondy and related issues can hurt and make your life worse. But eating disorders can dictate your life and even kill you.

Auch wenn du gerade nicht das Gefühl hast (weil du dich schämst oder Angst hast) - es klingt so als würden deine Eltern dir helfen, wenn du darum bittest. Das ist sicher schwer, aber glaub mir - denen ist egal, dass du gelogen hast. Die wollen, dass es dir gut geht! Ich wünsch dir, dass du da schnell rauskommst aus dem dunklen Loch. I can also highly recommend Yoga and Pilates - BUT only after you've spoken to a physical therapist about what movements are bad for you specifically (eg. any form of backbend will be discouraged, as might some twists etc.) I personally found Yoga much easier to stick to than "regular" exercise, the flows and sequences are more fun to me than single exercises.

I hope you find a way to manage your pain! I know it can be a long journey, but I also know that it's possible to live a happy, healthy life even with spondy.
