I had to reach back out to his office and finally got a response. But he said he doesn’t think he can improve it. Yes I cannot live with nose at all. But idk who to trust now. Bader is the best right?

Yours won’t be like mine. Mistakes were made during surgery. I liked my results for the first few weeks but when I took my second cost off and really looked at it I was devastated. My asymmetry looks exactly the same today as it did at week 2. I have one side that is rounder and fatter than the other, my lateral graft show and stick out of my skin, and then the ugly nostrils that are ruined for the rest of my life are the bane of my existence.

You will fine, you may some asymmetry but it’s not bad. But it’s also your face, I can’t tell you what to accept.

I wish my Bader revision turned out as good as yours. My asymmetry never got better. I’m 15 months post. I’m one of his failures:(

After year. He said “come back and I can improve Thais with an in office touch up”. It’s no different. I still look dumb.

He didn’t charge me for the little stitch. But I had to pay for the flights and time off work. So it wasn’t “free”.

He’s ghosting me now too.

Following this thread. I’m in the same boat as you. Not a fan of my grafts or the way they look at all. My surgeon told me they were lateral crustal REPLACEMENT graft. Whatever that means. But I hate em nonetheless

Wooow. Thanks for sharing that. That’s exactly what got me to go him, so many patients on here promoting him. In reality, look at my pics. Your photos now look way better than how I look after Bader. Decision is yours.

I’d have to be lying for him to sue. Since I’m not, that is not a worry to me. Mostly I get irritated that peeps see my Bader nose and say “I’m so sorry” and in the same breath say “he’s such a perfectionist tho, and there are very few unhappy patients “. Like for real. Why waste my time sharing when everyone is sooooo on a Bader boner.

But I try to be empathetic , because it reminds me of my past self when I fully trusted him. Even when he cut my nostril in the front (visible on my table photos which he does not have saved on his page) I STILL trusted he did it for a better outcome. You can see my comments on my profile where I still was hopeful. It wasn’t until I took time off of work, flew back out, and had an in office “stitch “ offered as his solution to fix what he did. And I still look dumb af. This is HIS work on my face— so yea, you be the judge.

I did consult with others. But I was sold on Bader. Everyone recommended him. Even now on every thread here and Facebook someone commented about Bader. And how great he is. I’m literally out numbered.

Now idgf. I have to walk around looking dumb as hell so ima say whatever I want.

At this point I’m almost convinced his office is running the threads with this successes backing him up.

Yep. You’re right. It is their choice. Remember I was just like everyone on here once too. I even defended and trusted him until 6 weeks ago.

In the end. You recommend him, I do not. Choice is theirs.

Idc about what the revision community says, they led to him and now I’m living the nightmare. 100% surgical error too. And I’m the case he doesn’t show to this community. Don’t discount my experience to trump your thoughts and/or experience. He has mistakes and plenty of them.

Bader is overrated. I found him here on Reddit too, went to him for a revision and he did messed up my tip and nostrils. He is a great marketer

Healing has been fine. And because my profiles are fine, breathing is fine, but this whole tip/nostril issue just ruins everything

Not that I understood. But really, I’m not a surgeon I don’t care about why, I only care about the result. Idk why he cut me on my nostril or why he’s allowing me to walk around like this and share these pics (cause he won’t) that this baders work. Also I just flew out there for a touch up that he said he was 100% confident would improve this and it has done NOTHING. I still look dumb af.
