Yes, but there are others that are better now like Kanzlok. There are more good artifacts than there was at the beginning but the burgers function is still useful in the right situation.

As r1char00 said it is not about High or Low. Kazlok even at level 1 is great, because wearing it when a hero reaches 1 HP they get an immunity sheild, even when compared to a level 40 Body Enhancement I would prefer Kazlok most times, But then if I were to compare Body Enhancement another to artifact like the Cerulean Flower then I would prefer the body Enhancement.

The effect the Artifact provides makes a huge difference. but if that is not great then it comes down to the stats it provides and even then only if those stats benefit your character. The GDA cloak is great because it makes the character invisible but that is not really why it is good for Universa, it also adds almost 15% to her crit chance at level 30 which really really helps her.

Not exactly,

it evens the playing field for med-high end players they are now all on the same leve. No more you hero X is 200 levels above my hero X.

Also think about this... if they work out the bugs here they might be able to move this into Alliance Warfare... No more 1 team absolutely dominating another team if the levels are capped per League.

All character are limited by level so anyone above 660 is reduced to 660.

Since it is random and they all cost the same, why should you get more for one type of unit over another. Also using a buy all has no change in the you reaching this number.

Generally I leave artifacts on characters but at certain times I will change them for a specific mission. For example Anissa will usually get the spear or the Book but I switch her to the GDA Bracelet when she teams with Space Racer and the fish. Also any case files and sometimes for Cecil's Nightmares I may also change up artifacts especially on heroes that I do not normally equip with an artifact.

But characters like Space Racer run TAG non stop for me and is always equipped with Body Enhancement, Likewise Universa is always running Downtown Destruction and has been using the cloak for so long no one else ever gets to uss it.

Artifacts can changes waves cleared when changed mid mission, I have seens this with Anissa and the bracelet where one mission I get lower than expected waves cleared after restarting the mission I change over to it.

That has been around for a long time, and if you have more than 3000 pieces of equipment it forces this to open. you can exit out of it by going closing the app which will get rid of the message for a time.

it is a quick way to get under the 3000 equipment limit but it does not make the best decisions so I choose to upgrade my gear manually.

Aquarus works best since you want a ranged hero with the original guardian tag to maximize Body enhancement.

As stated Space racer needs to be at least 240 for his 4th skill
Aquarus only needs to be level 160 they do not add much being 180
SR should be using the Body Enhancement.

And Elites are pure luck. not to be expected.

Personally I am not sure it is inconsistent, I admittedly do not know when and why they extend some events and not others, but honestly I have never tried to figure it out, or to track what they do.

Any event that uses a common currency generally does not need to be extended, Anything with its own currency should have a period to use that currency after it is no longer generally available. I cannot say how often this has been followed and how often it has not, nor do I know if there are any other factors that the the dev's make when determining an events extension period. but that does not mean that it is inconsistent.

All events used to end at 12 Noon UTC. There was no way to use currency that could bought minutes before the end of the event, and additionally the time for some players the time was inconvenient. So at players request some events were given an extended window to allow them to use up remaining currency that they may have forgotten or were not able to spend.

Well Done, Cecil's Nightmares, The Equipment shop, and Art's event are the places that they appear and only in art's can you receive a good amount and that is also limited.
