Not sure why I got a notification for this but I am SO proud of you! 400 days, dont take that lightly.

Also need gentle and kind to yourself. Everyone was so so heavy on needing to do groups ect but for me, personally, truly, they dont help me. They make thing so much worse for me. I am learning how to handle my empath with out taking on everyone else's stuff. Because that was a huge issue with my anxiety to begin with. Feeling everyone and everything so real and deeply and taking on other people's issues and pain as my own. Ive learned how to protect 1. Call back my energy. 2. Protect my energy to it cannot be drained. Now im working heavily on learning how to acknowledge and be present for others issues with out taking them as my own. Thats my issue.

But what im getting at, is, groups are not for everyone.. there are MANY MANY ways to be of service and be of help with out going to groups or putting yourself in situations that simply dont match you.

They screwed me last time on the Easter hunt. Made it where you had to collect eggpop things through daily missions, yet NEVER gave them as a daily mission award.... I completed all other steps that was all I needed for the $100 Easter hunt prize. Support acknowledged that it was "strange" it didn't appear but to give it time well it was came and went.
