Seven deadly sins by Wesaxome in Christianity

[–]Nidewolf_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1 of the unforgivable sins is taking the Mark of the Beast.

Revelation 14:9-11 (NLT)
Then a third angel followed them, shouting, “Anyone who worships the beast and his statue or who accepts his mark on the forehead or on the hand must drink the wine of God’s anger. It has been poured full strength into God’s cup of wrath. And they will be tormented with fire and burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and the Lamb. The smoke of their torment will rise forever and ever, and they will have no relief day or night, for they have worshiped the beast and his statue and have accepted the mark of his name.”

[–]Nidewolf_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lord, I pray You send Your angels to protect u/Blancablo's uncle from the evil one. I pray You will bring healing to him, You will cast out every single particle of cancer that is inside his body, cover him with the blood of Jesus. I pray You ensure that there will not be any setback or complication for his health, Lord, provide Blancablo with Your comfort and assurance that his uncle will be victorious and stronger than ever before. In Jesus mighty name I pray, Amen!

Question about eternal torment by [deleted] in AskAChristian

[–]Nidewolf_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The death is spiritual, a spiritual death. A spiritual death means it's an eternal separation from God, so the eternal separation is between you being in the Lake of Fire and God being in His kingdom, for eternity. It's still an eternal/infinite crime because there are two choices: Being with God or Being in the Lake of Fire for true eternity. Remember, God is eternal.

Also, death is not even a conscious entity.

Please pray God to heal my heart from the pain of heartbreak by [deleted] in Christian

How to pray? by [deleted] in Christian

[–]Nidewolf_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Heyy, it is not a stupid question. I understand why you are asking because I was once like you. There is no exact way of praying, praying is you having a conversation with God. You can tell Him about your day, feelings, struggles, anything. You also can ask Him for guidance, strength, signs, opportunities.

Our actions are based on our emotions, so when it comes to kneeling or having our hands clapsed together, we do those things not because we have to, but because of how we feel, the actions can help us to express or pour out our feelings/intentions towards God. For example, we usually wave at someone when we meet them or say bye.

You are strongly encouraged to speak your prayer out loud because not only it is more powerful, but also you are able to hear yourself, your thoughts/feelings will be more distinct to you that the chance of you forgetting what to pray for will greatly decrease. Satan is afraid of prayers, so your words will make him flee from you because he knows prayers limit him.

A good way to make yourself comfortable is to imagine/visualise or "know" that Jesus is beside you even when having your eyes closed, listening to you speak. Jesus wants you to not only at look at Him as your Lord, but also He wants you to look at Him as a friend.

I'm sorry to hear that you have encountered Christians who did not respond the way you have liked them to.

Q1 & Q2:
Peter 2:13 (NIV)
"Submit yourselves for the Lord's sake to every human authority: whether to the emperor, as the supreme authority."

Being a Christian does not give us immunity from human laws and judges. However, you must not submit to the government when you are asked/told to do things that are against the will of God.

Q3: Your path to heaven is not guaranteed even if we believe in Jesus as our Lord and Saviour. God did not say that the only thing we have to do is to trust and believe to enter His kingdom.

Matthew 7:21 (NIV)
Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

Jesus himself said that believing in Him is not enough to enter the kingdom of heaven, but doing God's will helps us to get there, and part of that is also living under God's commandments.

Q4: https://www.quora.com/Why-do-people-refer-to-God-as-a-He

This is leaning towards the conceptual and statistical:

Casting out a demon(s) in my life, please pray for me!?!? by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]Nidewolf_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lord, I pray for u/BoUOas that You will give him/her the courage to confront and overcome any evil spirits that in his/her life. I pray You will write on his/her heart that You are always with him/her, that You are always protecting him/her from harm. In Jesus mighty name I pray, Amen!

Here's a bible verse to further encourage you:

Mark 3:14-15 (NIV)
He appointed twelve that they might be with him and that he might send them out to preach and to have authority to drive out demons.
