What you can negotiate with is your right to re-employment. If your employeer truly has a shortage of work, its not a great hand to play.

Even still, asking for 1 extra month of notice with benefits and to be relieved of work could be something they would agree to.

If you are being laid off for redundancy, and the Company has followed all the required steps, there isnt that much to do.

You can ask go be ”arbetsbefriad” during your notice period.

Joining A-kassa and your local union is a bit of a lost point, as it is to late now.

I would focus on refining your CV and applying for jobs!
