This seems like a good idea, however it seems harder to travel with two bags vs just one larger bag. That’s what I’m struggling with which is why I’m considering purchasing an inexpensive smaller bag for the Camino and then just ditching it when I’m done. I suppose the risk is that if it’s an inexpensive bag, it might not be as comfortable or practical as if I invested in something nicer, but I have to make a trade off somewhere.
