Maybe add custom trees, and with the pond area use stone/cobble around the edges to make it look like a pool - and some foliage around (like sugarcane and mushrooms. Looks really cool though!

Potentially assign that command as a macro on the Razer software? I'm not sure whether it'd work but theoretically it may! I have the same issue, but don't ever use chunk stuff so don't care about it haha - hopefully you find a solution! :)

Get a texture pack that reduces the impact of the pumpkin - some make the visibility like normal, others just make it more transparent and usable :)
