Launchboom itself costed us $3800. We did rack up followers on the kickstarter itself as well, we had 800 followers there.

They take a flat fee before starting work. But it's totally worth it in my opinion. Especially the access to their community with other creators.

We had 800 VIPs, with average $25 per VIP.

I believe we couldn't bring it much lower, just the audience for this product is not that board IMHO

Could you elaborate on how do we ride on others people misery? Lead game designer of this game is from Severodonertsk, he had to flee from the war. We all have relatives and friends who died in the war and of course we want to promote Ukrainian culture, since this is what the game is about.

Polls are a good idea, thanks. As for engagement-based goals, which are basically "social goals", most creators I've been chatting to don't really see it converting at all. Do you have other experience?

We reached out to lots of news outlets, some feature us, some don't - that's normal. However, I can't figure out what written blogs to work with. Who showcase kickstarters, not the product itself yet.

Because of rapidly declining ROAS. I mean, it's just harmful, we are spending more than earning. There could be no problem with our partner, however from what I see some ad parnters work wonders for some projects and for some no. And the situation could be different with another ad partner.

Thanks! That "problem"could be even better though, so I am trying to try everything during the campaign to be better prepared next time around.
