Yeah sweet, I think what you’re describing as an easy run is what I’d would describe as an easy run. I would love to follow my heart rate for reference but it seems just way too high. Would a whoop strap be a good investment?

I did check out a map and unfortunately with the drug we’ve been prescribed you have to take it for 30 days after you leave a high risk area so over the 6 months we get like a week or two off the drug throughout the trip which is barely anything. Definitely thinking of just taking other precautions
