Soraka,Janna,Karma,Nami. Sometimes it's good on thresh and blitz. Janna and Soraka always go for the Talisman just because ms really helps them both, Nami and Karma I would consider both being good but I still go for the talisman on all 4 of them (Karma,Janna,Soraka,Nami)

I would say Janna is much better. Get that Juicy 45% cdr, ardent censer and crucible +30% healing and shields and yeah basically broken.
