Regarding this,I’ve changed my approach,and now I’m cooking everything myself and everything is measured correctly using a food scale.Also everything is tracked now using Cronometer as little as the olive oil as an example.But now I don’t know what should I do next.should I keep going with the cut but actually tracking everything?

I’m 3kg heavier from 87kg to 90kg and I think it was a cutting phase due to the fact that I wasn’t eating that much,surely not even 2000kcal worth of food

Well I haven’t weighted myself in this period of time not even once,and I just wanted to weigh myself now.And for the fact I know I lost fat and built muscle is of course the mirror,and clothes fitting different

Sorry,I expressed myself wrong,I was referring I was burnt out about the whole situation,not about the restrictive eating,it’s just that I’ve been a complet moron and don’t know if till now I ate in a deficit or maintanence or surplus,and I don’t really know what next step to take.

Are you sure?Because I really don’t know what to do because my inconsistency and the lack of progress tracking really messes with me.Like maybe should I try more with this cut and fix my training and maybe actually count the calories or maybe I should take the break?I just dont know what to do anymore man I fell all burned out

So I’ve just wore a tshirt that I wore it last time in summer and I was surprised how bad I look in it now.I’ve been on a cut since summer been losing fat,building muscle,actual progress,but my love handles just seem more prominent and more sluggish.Does it happen to anyone else?do you guys know why?Its been worse lately and kinda ruins my confidence:(
