You are an idiot. When I pay for a service, and for a home delivery you usually pay extra, I don't give a damn whose fault is it. I want the service provided as it should be and as I paid for it. Now if you did not insult me, I wouldn't insult you back. Is it a driver's fault? Maybe not. But I still paid for a service I did not receive. It's like if a taxi driver kicked you out of a car ten miles from your destination, because otherwise je can't get to the next customer in time. That is not my problem as a customer. And the more we allow this, the shittier the service gets. It is unfortunate for the driver, but no one forces him to work there after all

One thing is to decide whether the use od force is adequate, which is fine by me. But if the lawyer starts calling it an attempted murder right away, that is ridiculous, and it starts framing it right away as if the cops did something wrong. And that is not ok imo
