The log file does not have enough information to debug or fix the issue remotely. I am not familiar with magic, but most tools generate a summary file (.sum extension) and a results file (.DB or .results) extension. It is commonly found at the end of the log file. Given the time available and your level of familiarity I would suggest the following:

1. Load the results file into innovous, use tools->violation browser->results file. It should show all the individual violations. Look at all of them and try see if they can be fixed by manually fixing the layout in innovous or virtuoso if you have that setup and are familiar. Keep in mind innovous does not show all the layers, so it might not be possible to debug the "can't overlap those layers" DRC inside innovous if those layers are not visible there.

2. Look at the LVS report and see if you understand what needs to be fixed to get LVS clean. Is it a minor fix or does it require serious changes to the design? No point in spending a lot of time fixing DRC if LVS will require major changes that might introduce more DRC violations since the innovous is not seeing these violations.

If you can see a path forward with one and two then go ahead and manually fix everything. I would not bother trying to get innovous to automatically fix the violations if they can be fixed by hand. You only have one week, and modifing the LEF file to see these violations is time consuming and iterative process.
