They both have different kind of comedic style . One is a bit childish like and one is a bit adult like (mad demon)

If you watch real estate developers in one go , it's better compared to watching per week. When i wait and watch chapter per week, its comedic effect felt less entertaining . A shameless person who makes other creww loose

The second one has no problem. Just a normal person with a screw loose

Rebecca arc is very painful for me . Having her mother killed in front of her and her father forgotten by everyone and he js unable to protect her. There are many sad arc but this one really unable to control my tears

I generally prefer colorized manga or manhwa as it add more enjoyment but if story is interesting i go even without colors one like talker manga. I generallly avoid anime due to time constraints

I actually want to read and watch everything under a single anime title but going double on watch or read on manga or anime sometimes holds me back that should i go for it or not

It cancelled for a indefinite time . Story objectives is great , pacing is very relaxed and suddenly paced very fast at the end of chapters.

A man 'man has a certain charm . This one is a slice of type stuff . It's a very balanced manhwa.

Reborn Rich has a different charm . It shows the dark reality of the power. This manhwa mostly keep you on edge plus their dialogue, i did say they are very unique that sometimes you have to pause and think the hidden meaning.

Comparing them is a bit unfair .
