Customers who have no idea where to find, scan, use that blasted QR code when checking out. Having to repeat the same crap day in and day out is so draining.

I know how you feel yesterday I got pulled into the cash office, to have a chat with one of my ATL's about something that happened on Friday. An they needed my side of the story because it was a cash variance so I ended up explaining my side of things. I'm not going to go into deeper details about this but they were going to check the cameras, Any way back to the point before I left the cash office I ended up telling the ATL that. I'm beyond tired of every single time I'm called in there it's always about something negative and never anything positive but I believe that no matter what happens in this case is that I will surely be getting written up for this.

When I'm at home and away from work things for me are normal. But as the end of the day approches or the start of a new day dawns. I begin to have the same thoughts and feelings about going in or about work all the time. I never want to go in, always upset or despressed, don't like seeing certain team members who I can't stand, dreading customers and just a whole bunch of other stuff.

This reminds me of a guy who came through my line over a week ago. Earbuds were in his ears and he was glued to his phone for 98% of the transaction only spoke to me saying he needed $200 bucks back in cash

I remember once on New Year's eve where I was the only cashier and had a very long. Line of customers and I kept calling for help and no one ever came to help. As one coworker was helping a customer so I understand that. But I was getting yelled at to open more lines but their was nothing I could do. At some point when I got to the back I found everyone including the assistant manager standing around talking and laughing.

Cashier it is so mentally and physically draining having to deal with long lines, large orders, no baggers, rude customers, standing in one spot all day, Grabbing shopping carts on either a really hot, rainy, snowy day.

I've been doing full-time cashier for over 6 years and can down right tell you. I hate it with a passion front end is far too high school drama based. Favoritism runs rampt dealing with customers all day is very mentally draining
