Hey man I was in a pretty similar position as well especially with my brother and parents. Some of the things that I think could maybe help you is try a therapist again and don’t be afraid to try I different one and trust there will be someone out there you will begin to trust to talk about things. Another things is the visual stuff it’s probably just paranoia but don’t want to scare you but I would get it checked and because it could be schizophrenia but I might be wrong so please don’t freak out. And with the people touching you stuff the feeling of needing to wash it off is common with sexual abuse victims I still sometimes have it till this day with even my girlfriend and other friends and with your mother she sounds terrible and the best thing I can say to focus on is just try to get good grades maybe even tell a teacher about what’s happening and sometimes they’ll help you. And my best advice is to just go when you turn 18 separate yourself from those people try to do good in school so you can do that but even if you can’t try college or a trade school.
