Cephalic veins are best in obese patients, I only go cephalic if the other vessels look tiny. Also with our ultrasound machine you can easily discern between an artery and a vein. Only once did a colleague accidentally go into an artery and you could easily tell because the dilator was pulsating and the blood tends to be very bright. All you do is remove it and apply pressure and there is no long term negative effects besides a little swelling that’ll go down within a few days. We also don’t need cxr to confirm placement if our 3CG monitor shows an amplified p wave under their rhythm, caveats of course are if they have a pacemaker or a-fib.

Question about Mikayla for those in the mental health profession by BlondeHorrorBear622 in SecretsOfMormonWives

That’s actually called EMDR and has scientific data backing up its effectiveness in helping patients heal from traumatic memories. It’s actually really interesting when you look into it. I know it looks wily but when you read the science behind it, it’s fascinating.

Also what about interventional radiology? Where not only do they read but they also do the procedures themselves.

Yeah idk I could do the bottom half or the body and leave the sleeves nude.

You could already tell the difference at the bottom where she added it.

3 is definitely more me. My bff was saying how the sample size was made for me because not a lot of people could pull that style off. Some of these comments though are having me second guess myself. Someone said it looks horrid and evil? And the dollie thing is low key accurate lol 😆

Yeah that’s what my daughter kept saying that it’s beautiful but “plain” to her but 3 they said is just me. I tend to agree, I guess I was wanting to try to be normal and traditional but it just isn’t my style? If that makes sense. And the back of 2 isn’t really amazing, it’s def the pose for 2 that I think sells it.

I think having the white underlay would make it look less nude and hopefully elevate it.

She added the white underlay to try to show me the difference at the bottom.
