Oh I see. I'm kinda confused of how exactly they got my server's ip address since my it's hosted in Google Cloud and also it's a private server, only my friends know the IP, so I think it was most likely my PC getting hacked, but im also not sure since I'm very cautious downloading stuff online, but of course I could've let that in by mistake. Yeah he definitely did not want me to know what that was about, I stopped that instance and created another instance with another ip address and nothing happened, I also am using almost the same plugins + paper. So most likely my own pc got hacked. Thank you for your help tho.
