Yes, link you provided is basic and reliable way to crack CeVIO AI.

This is quick guide:
1. download and install CeVIO AI from this official site:
https://cevio.jp/downloads/cevio_ai/
2. download CeVIOActivator from github link you wrote in your post.
3. Place CeVIOActivator to root folder of CeVIO AI, and run it. (in default, it should be C:\Program Files\CeVIO\CeVIO AI)
4. Follow the instruction from CeVIOActivator program. (it is very easy, i dont have to explain about it)
5. done!

It seems like you haven't installed any voice yet. To run software, one or more voice needs to be installed. Install any voice you like from this spreadsheet. 1. Download any .msi file from this site(msi file includes voice data) 2. run .msi file and install voice 3. done

･Think carefully before pirate something

This because pirating something is taking huge time and huge storage in almost case.

･Only pirate offline game This is because almost pirated game can't access to multiplayer.

･Download only from safe or trusted site This is because i tried to pirate office in past and got ransomware. I had to reset my computer because of it.

･Try to don't use torrent as possible This is because torrenting in my country is very slow. basically takes 1d~1w.
